Outlook2000 deletes the original E-mail

Hi.

One of our users are still running Outlook2000 with internet E-mail.

Now he is experience strange behavior of his e-mail. When he replays on an
incoming E-mail, the e-mail is deleted from his Inbox. How come and how can
I solve this problem?

More than likely, the user has the Unread Messages view turned on so that
only new messages are visible.
