Outlook03 SP1 - Duplicate e-mail shows up from an hour ago

I use Outlook 2003 SP1 with Exchange 5.5. My profile is setup to deliver
mail to my personal folder. Since I installed Office SP1, I have been
receiving duplicate e-mails in my personal folder. I'll receive an e-mail
at say 7am and delete it. About an 1/2 hour later, that same e-mail comes
up again in my inbox as unread. Pretty annoying, any ideas would be
appreciated.

To add to this... It seems that what is happening is that the mail that
comes back into my inbox as unread is coming from my deleted items folder.
E-mails that I delete come back as unread into my inbox ~30 minutes - an
hour later.
