Start Outlook using the /resetfolders switch. How to use
startup switches is shown in the Help file. (Thanks Ken)

Dear Customer,

Thank you for posting here.

Based on my knowledge, you could try the following steps to troubleshoot
the issue.

Step 1: Create a new Profile

Note: A new profile is a new environment for us to use Outlook. To create a
new profile is only for a test to see if the problem is related to the
corrupt profile of Outlook. Creating new profile will not do any damage to
the old profile.

You can refer to the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB)
for more information:

829918 How to create a new e-mail profile in Outlook 2003
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=829918

Please verify the issue. If the issue persists, please continue with next
step.

Step 2: Outlook Safe Mode

We can start Outlook with the "safe" switch to see if it works. Please
follow the steps below:

1. On the Start menu, click Run.

2. Input "Outlook.exe /safe" (without the quotation marks) and click OK.

3. Please perform a test to see if the problem still occurs.

Note: There is a space between Outlook and the forward slash (/).

If the issue persists, please capture a screen shot of the error message
and send to me directly: (e-mail address removed).

Please let me know the results so that I can provide further assistance on
this problem. I am looking forward to your reply. Thanks and have a nice
day!

Thanks & Regards,

Lee Li

Try this: Click Start>Run and enter the following in the Open line:

"%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office|Office11\Outlook.exe" /cleanreminders

Make sure you include the quotes and the spaces. This should remove all
existing reminders and regenerate them.
