In Outlook express 5.0 when you send or write an e-mail
you have the option of
selecting - Format
then select-Apply Stationery
then select- More Stationery
then select- Create New
which brings you to Stationery Setup Wizard. This wizard
then alous you to create a custom stationery, which you
can save and use as a background to your e-mail messages
with pre set default font and other settings.
In Outlook 2003 of the office pro 2003. The same feature
does not seem to be available. I can set default fonts but
I can not create an entire package of background and font
like in Outlook 5.0
Does anyone know how or have any answers to this.

You can Download Stationary from Microsoft Office online
also you can set stationary at
Tools > Options > Mail Format > Choose Compose in HTML
Click Stationary Picker
or you can create on in Microsoft Word.
