outlook

can someone help please i have comcast cable internet
and they have there e-mail but since i have my new comp i
want to use microsoft office outlook for my e-mail i
though i had it set up but im still geting my e-mails in
comcast and not outlook any sugg:

Panel | Internet Options | Programs tab.
