Since upgrading from outlook 2000 to outlook 2003 I have
been unable to get into outlook 2003. How do I set up
and open outlook 2003?

Is there not Outlook shortcut on your Start>Programs>Microsoft Office menu?
If there is, what happens when you click it? If there's not, reinstall.
