During a session, if Outlook is shut down, it will not
restart during that session. The system must be
rebooted. I am using WindowsXP Pro, OL 2003 with Contact
Mgr. Does anyone know how to fix?

Check to make sure OUTLOOK.EXE isn't appearing in your running tasks after
you quit the program (crtl+alt+del>processes). If its still open then its
still in session. You can do an end task and should be able to reopen
Outlook without a reboot. I had a problem with Outlook 2000 never quitting,
regardless of the quit method, so it would keep a session open.
