I am having a problem with Outlook 2000 when I use OWA.
The OWA shows my contacts when I click on contacts -- I
can even email to a contact listed in my contacts.
However, when I am in the inbox and wanted to forward or
originate an email, it gives me access to a global
contacts but not my Contacts -- even though it has a
checkbox under Options to change the order of folders.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, in advance.

Are your personal Contacts kept on the Exchange server or in a PST?
