I have a beta version of outlook which has expired. How
can I transfer all my email and contacts to my regular
version of outlook?

If youre regular version is Outlook 2003, then just copy your .pst file
somewhere, uninstall the beta, install the released 2003, and move the PST
back where it belongs (or simply open it where it is).
