When I recieve email through outlook, JPEG attachments do
not automatically open when the email opens. When I
double-click the JPEG icon, Netscape opens up. I cannot
figure out how to change the format of the INCOMING
mail. Any thoughts/suggestions on how to fix this
problem?

You dont need to do any thing.
Maybe you feel something is wrong, but you really dont need to do
anything if you can reach what you want.
