Hi
We are a small business with 2 people based at different locations.
We need an email system and database that shares information, so that all
contacts and notes either of us enter are sent via some sort of sync to the
other.
This way if either of us are away the other can look up and manage the other
persons customers.
Is this possible with the above programe and if so how does it send the
sync, is it via email??
I would really appreciate any help you can offer.
Thanks

you should look into the concept of "cloud" computing, where everything is
stored on the internet and accessed through web browsers, then all your info
is available to whoever needs it no matter where they are.
Google Apps is an example.

Thanks for your reply!
Are you saying that Google Apps is like a server?
Would we have to hang outlook on google apps or does it just sinc via Google
apps?
We have Outlook 2003, does this have the capability of sincing?
Do you know of a number to talk to Google Apps?
Sorry for all the questions but I need a smuch help as I can get.

Thanks

Chris
