I have Vista Premium. 62 bit. Also Office 2007. As an example when I have a
program open and want to send it, I go to send to: but the new message centre
from Outlook doesn't appear. After that I have to close the computer to get
back into Outlook. Tries everything.

You need to select Outlook as your default email program for Vista. Go to
Start, Default programs and select it. You can also type "default" in the
Start box to access the list.
