Outlook

Last week I could not open Outlook. I ran scan.pst.ex but it still would not
open. I bought a programs, Stellar Phoenix Outlook recovery, ran their
program and have been emailing back and forth. When I clost outlook
everythign disappears and I have to run their program and setup Outlook over
and over again. Do any one know a simple why to get the files needed to open
one's corrupte outlook?

once outlook is set up, make a new pst file, copy all your messages to it,
close outlook, uninstall outlook, remove the profile, then re-install outlook
and open the new pst.
