Can any one help need to transfer outlook folder into my documents. Some
folders contain large amounts of data and many individual files that would
take forever to open each one and save each one. Is there a quick way to save
a folder containing this information directly into my documents.

Use the Archiving function.

how. Will these folder be available then in my documents

yes, but if you want to open messages in anything other than Outlook, you
need to save them as text files. Why would you want to open email messages
in anything other than Outlook?

Outlook doesn't contain Windows file system objects. You should, however,
be able to select all of the items in a folder and drag them to a Windows
Explorer window in one operation.

Have maxed outlook but still need to keep files and attachments within the
folders they are in. If they are archived will they remain in the folder they
are in?
Thanks

Of course not. Archiving is removing them from one PST and adding them to
another. They'll be in a folder with the same name, but in another PST.

The archive process creates a new pst file with exactly the same folder
structure as the original one.
