I need to make one sender appear as red text in my inbox everytime they send
me a message.

Firstly, PLEASE do NOT use a subject line of just "Outlook" in a group
dedicated to......Outlook! Use the subject line to write a précis of your
question, like I have changed it to.

What version of Outlook?
