My Outlook 2000 just dropped the "Send/Recieve" from base page and the "Send"
from the new email page.

I have saved my data on a external hardrive

Do I need to remove and reinstall or
How can I update MS2000 Small Business...?
 
Verified you still have a properly configured account in Tools-> Email
Accounts? (could be called Services as well)
