One of my users is getting the following error messages when copying emails
to their achive (pst) folder:

Can't move the items. The item could not be moved. It was either already
moved or deleted, or access was denied.

I've searched TechNet, however I can only find solutions for the emails
containing attachments. The user is having problems with all emails.

Any suggestions please?

Sounds like an ideal question for an Outlook newsgroup.
Remember to state the exact version of Outlook you use.
