Outlook XP with Exchange 2007

My company currently runs Office XP Professional on all workstations and
Exchange 2000 on the backend. They would like to upgrade to Exchange 2007
without have to upgrade the Office suite yet. Will Outlook XP work with
Exchange 2007 properly or will we encouter issues with it>

According to http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/evaluation/clients.mspx, yes,
but some features of Exchange 2007 will not be available. There is a link on
that page for more information.
