Outlook XP replied to icon not working

OS: XP SP2
Client: Outlook 10.0.0.6742 (XP SP2, I believe)
Backend: Exchange 2003 SP1

Background: this client was migrated from Exchange 5.5 using Quest's EMW
tool.

When replying to some e-mail, the replied to icon does not show up. Others
it does. Anyone have any ideas? Uncle Google hasn't turned anything up for
me.

Have you tried running a detect and repair from the Help menu? Or unhide
folders and files, and delete the outcmd.dat file (or rename it). Let me know
if either suggestion helps or not. Good luck.
