outlook xp not responding

Hi,

problem : sometimes when i start outlook, you get the
screen and you can't do anything, sometimes when a write
a mail, it stop and doesn't respond any longer, sometimes
when i want to open mails, same situation.

i guess it has something to do with the security in
level1remove. does this ring a bel for anyone ??

yes it does,
Click File, Options, Other, and uncheck the option to load the messenger.
