Outlook XP - no options dropdown

Hello,

I work with someone who has a weird problem. When she composes a message,
the Options button does not have the associated dropdown so that she can
select "From". She needs to be able to change the from address. Is there a
way to enable the dropdown, or alternatively, enable the "From"? Outlook
XP/Windows XP Pro.

If she's not using Exchange, the From field is useless.
