Outlook XP Error

I have a user that when she exits Outlook then later re-opens it (even after
a reboot) she gets the error :The data file ‘Personal Folders’ was not closed
properly. This file is being checked for problems.

I haven't been able to find anything useful to help me out. I should tell
you that she directs her mail from the Exchange 5.5 server directly to a .pst
file. Don't ask me why, and yes that will be changing. The pst file is
790MB so it's not reaching the 900MB limit yet. All help is greatly
appreciated.

Please verify that the process /Outlook.exe/ in the Taskmanager is
closed too after Outlook itself was closed. If not, maybe an installed
Add-In is fault for the problem. First scan your pst-file with the tool
/scanpst.exe/ you'll find on your harddisk - search for it!
