Outlook XP/2002 Speed Dialing

I recently posted this problem in the Outlook Contacts discussion group but
alas without any reply.

Maybe someone can help in this discussion group!!!

I have Office Professional XP with SP3 on a Windows XP Home Edition platform.
I wish to add speed dialing entries. Every time I click on the Dialing
Options button in the New Call dialog box to an existing contat OR on the New
Call menu item in the Actions menu, I have a crash with the following message
and parameters.

"Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close.
AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 10.0.6626.0 ModName: outllib.dll
ModVer: 10.0.6515.0"

I have renamed outllib.dll to outllib.old and repaired the Office
installation. I have removed the complete Office XP Professional suite and
re-installed it from my OEM cd's. The problem occurs with each version of
Office XP from the original discs through to the SP3 patch. I use a voice
modem to make calls to my various contacts without any problem but CANNOT add
speed dialing entries.

Hello Richard,

thank you for taking the trouble and the time to help. However this is not
exactly the problem I have since I CAN dial out but CANNOT set up speed
dialing as explained in my post.
