Outlook won't send or receive message

I have just bought a Dell Computer with Vista Home Premium and installed
Office Professional 2003.

I linked my email accounts and Outlook worked fine (both recieving and
sending email) until I switched off and now I get the following message:

Task 'GoogleMail - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection
to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your
server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

In addition, whenever, I open any application from Office I get asked to
agree to the EULA. I have activated the product.

Any help?

If not, please create a new Outlook profile and see if that resolves the
issue.
