I receive this error message when sending 0X800CCC0F

I receive the following error message when sending email from a remote
location:
Task 'mail.optonline.net - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The
connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact
your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

I have no problems receiving mail, only sending.

Any suggestions. Thanks

1) Disable any antivirus mail scanning
2) Increase the server timeout value
3) Increase the send/receive interval.

I guess no one knows how to solve this problem. I have it also and
for the life of me can't find help. I know you need a digital id to
be able to send email through Outlook express, but when I try to
get the digital id, I get the "page won't open thing". They say to
check the address. Well, how the hell do I know what the correct
address is. If the program don't know, and Microsoft doesn't know,
how the hell would I know?

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
