Outlook won't pull addresses from my contacts.

I am running Outlook 2003 SP1 on a XP Pro box. When I try to send an e-mail,
or access the Address Book, I get the following error message:

"The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts folder associated
with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or
deleted, or you do not have permissions. For information on how to remove
this folder from the Outlook Address Book, see Microsoft Office Outlook help."

I have search Outlook help and have not found the "help" it suggests. How
do I re-link my Outlook Address Book to my Contacts folder?
