Outlook won't link to IE

I received mail OK but internet links in mail messages
don't open or effect Internet Explorer.

I E seems to work OK by itself.

In IE go to Tools > Internet Options and go to the Programs tab. Make sure
the email program you are using is selected under the email option and hit
OK. It is possible you may have to hit the reset web settings button to make
this work properly.
