Outlook Won't Launch ...

... and I now longer have the CD it keeps asking for as
part of the Windows Installer process ...

I cannot get to email or more importantly my calendar ...

I need the OMINT.DLL ... it keeps telling me!

How does one reintall Outlook (or the driver) without the
original CD ...

I am working with Office 2000 Premium ...

You can't - the original CD is required.
