The outlook wizard rule does not work
(we are using terminal server with exchange 2000)

For example:

On my exchange account i add someone's mailbox in my
account so i can see his inbox.
Now i want to set a rule that from the other user inbox
forward mail to someone else or folder.

This is not working, only able if i do this on my own
folders.

Regards,

Hans

To create a rule in someone else's mailbox, you must start Outlook with a
profile that connects directly with that mailbox, not as a secondary
mailbox.

I am having a similiar issue managing my boss's mailbox.
How do i open Outlook with a profile that connects directly with that mailbox, not as a secondary mailbox?

I'm thinking this may solve the other issues I'm having...
