outlook window maximizes off the screen

When I try to open outlook, it maximizes off the screen. It seems to fly to
the right and off the screen. It is downloading my mail every time I open it
and seems to be "hidden" from me.

Here's a trick: Open Outlook. Then right-click the Outlook button on the
taskbar, and choose 'move'. Then, press the left arrow key on the keyboard
and hold it down until the window moves back into the visible area.
