Outlook will not send out email

I don't think that anything has changed except that Outlook 2007 will not
send out my email. The messages just sit in the Outbox. I have tried running
the Office diagnostics but it says everything is alright.

I have been using the program for many years without any problems. I did
just install Xobni an add on program for Outlook but, it worked fine after
that and only started having this problem today.

In the Send/Receive Progress dialogue box it showed an error OX80048002.

That is the COMPLETE error message?
I am not sure where to start to daignose this problem.

When you look in the Outbox folder, how big are the items there (look
under the Size column)? Are they bigger than your e-mail provider
allows for a maximum size per message?
