Outlook will not run. On opening the programme does not respond.

I am unable to run OutLook. I have completely reloaded Office. This has not
cured problem. The reload was a complete new set of office software. XP
Professional 2002 is the software. Outlook opens and the shows not
responding. I have sent error reports but receivd no reply or suggestions
