Outlook will not respond

I have just installed Outlook 2003 in a new computer. Migrated all the
e-mails from my old computer that I had yet to read or cull. Over 100.
Now when I open Outlook it hangs up, and i can not open any files, read any
mail, not access anything in outlook, besides getting a Outlook not
responding notice.

HI Bruno,
please run scanpst.exe
if this is not correcting your problem, please check your permissions on
your pst file.
the default path is C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
