Outlook will not open it is saying start a new session. What does

When I try to open outlook I get this big box that says show all and when I
click on it it is telling me to start a new session, something about a ost
file.

What exactly does the "big box" say? What is being shown with "show all"?
What type of email accounts do you have configured? What version of
Outlook?
