Outlook will not let me delete a folder?

I am trying to delete a folder in my Outlook. Every time I do it either tells
me that the folder is full and does not delete it or it tells me that I do
not have permission to delete it. What do I need to do?

What version of Outlook? Which folder? Exactly how are you trying to delete
it? Is it a folder in your default data store? Include the EXACT text of the
error message you see.
