hi all
i've got office ultimate outlook 2007.which i installed two email account's
to (e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed).
I got this message “This is an e-mail message sent automatically by
Microsoft Office Outlook while testing the settings for your account.â€
So i think everything is ok,not sure.why?
I made the ntlworld one the default.
Now with the msn one all my folders are installed about 15 or so,but with
ntlworld one
I’ve just got my inbox and a few others but NO personel folders about 20 –
30 of them.
Is this the behaviour of the software or is there something wrong.
Paul.

Is your ntlworld account a POP3 account? Then it is normal behavior since
the POP3 protocol only downloads from the Inbox folder.

roady, thank you for a (quick) response.
yes ntlworld is a POP/SMTP account does that mean i have to create new folders
for this account.
many many thanks for your help and time.
paul.

Yes, you'll have to create the folders in Outlook as well. After you receive
a message in your Inbox you can move it to a folder of choice. You can also
automate this by using rules; Tools-> Rules and Alerts...

now that i come to think about it (roady) the POP personal account will not
do for the long run.
can i get two msn.com account's into outlook.
many thanks for the help and time.
paul
