Outlook & Webmail & Remote Access

Question 1:
I just set up 3 email accounts through GoDaddy.com. I also set it up so that
we can use Outlook 2003, however:
If I create a message from my GoDaddy webmail, it does not show up in my
Outlook sent messages,
If I create a message from my Outlook, it does not show up in my GoDaddy
webmail;
yet, I added the POP3 account to Outlook, tested it and no errors were
shown. How can I fix this so that whatever I do, regardless of which email I
use, it shows up in both email accounts?
Question 2:
How can I check Outlook from another computer that has Outlook? Or what if
it doesn't have Outlook, can I still access it from another computer?

Correct, it would appear in your webmail sent items, but not Outlook's.
This is normal
If I create a message from my Outlook, it does not show up in my GoDaddy

Also normal; if it was sent from Outlook, it will appear in Outlook's sent
items folder and not in webmail

For sent items, you probably can't with POP3 service; you might be able to
if you can use IMAP.

See if GoDaddy offers IMAP service in addition to POP3. IMAP keeps
everything on the server so it's available from everywhere. With Outlook
2007 and an IMAP account, you can use the Sent Items folder on the server.
Unfortunately, Outlook 2003 doesn't allow you to use server based folders
instead of local ones. You would, however, be able to move/copy items from
your local sent items folder to the server based folder and vice versa.
