Outlook Web Services access problem

I'm having problems accessing 'Outlook Web Services' on our Exchange 2000
Server from a Windows XP machine running I.E.7. It gets through OK, asks for
my Password and then whilst it's loading generates two 'The item could not be
found. It may have been deleted.' Error Messages and gets no further.

It apparently does not occur when using Netscape. I found a reference in
the KB advising me to modify/remove IIS URLScan, but I can't find that on my
PC. The Problem seems to occur under I.E.6 as well, as I've tried it on
another PC.

Can anyone help? I'm at the point of abandoning I.E.
 
I remember reading an article on MS website that there is a problem with
IE7 and OWA. I think you have to install a "patch" on the OWA server in
order to rectify this issue. Unfortunately, I do not remember the link
to the article.
