Yes Hi Diane,

My IIS is already running! Somehow our SMTP Services were
turned off last evening. We have since restarted it. But
the IIS was never off! DO I need to stop it and restart it?

Or should I look for something else?
Thank YOu Jim B

IIS and port 80 open - when you install exchange server,
it configures all
of that for you. (and it only works with exchange server)

You shouldn't have to stop IIS you can restart the web site that Exchange is
on (usually the Default Site), while you are in IIS what IP address is the
default web site listening on, to find this out right click the default web
site and choose Properties, you should see and IP address. Is it set to All
Unassigned or something else. What is the syntax that you are using to access
it from externally, what version of Exchange are you running (is it SBS).
