Is there a way to incorporate a spell checker into
outlook web access?
 
Yes, there are 3rd parties that offer this solution for Outlook Web Access
under Exchange 5.5 and 2000. FWIW, I have used Messageware's PlusPak for
Exchange 2000 and it is a very nice solution. http://www.messageware.com/)
 
What version of Exchange are you using? Exchange 2003
includes a spell checker - there are add-ons for previous
versions that will spell-check in OWA.

BTW - OWA questions are best asked in an Exchange forum as
they are a function of Exchange, not Outlook.
