Outlook Web Access (OWA)

When special characters are used in subject line,
get "Page Cannot Be Found" error. This was not the case
in previous version of OWA. Does anyone know if Microsoft
is aware/fixining this issue? Or if there is a patch or
workaround?
 
Ask in an Exchange newsgroup as OWA is part of Exchange; not Outlook.
