Outlook Web Access and Exchange 2003

R

Reggie Tyler

We recently installed OWA on an SBS 2003 server. We are
now getting a "the page cannot be displayed error" when we
try to access OWA remotely. We have also lost our ability
to access the remote web workspace. We can access OWA
internally if we type http:\\servername\exchange from the
internal network.

We have read several kb articles about the page cannot be
displayed error and they have not helped us to resolve the
issue. Please help
Thanks

Ask in an Exchange newsgroup as OWA is part of Exchange, not Outlook.

OWA is installed by default....not sure what you mean.

Rerun the CIEW or whatever it's called in SBS - the wizard that sets up up
your internet/OWA/access stuff. I'm not in front of an SBS server right now
so I can't remember the exact name, but you can select only OWA and remote
web workspace.

Post in an SBS group for best results....like m.p.windows.server.sbs
