Hi

We are running Exchange 2003 and use Outlook Web Access (OWA) from outside. We have a peculiar problem

On my home machine I can login in one account and use OWA. However when I try to login in a second account (to the same Exchange server) I get login failures. This happens 3 or 4 times, and then HTTP 401 error is displayed. However if I refresh the browser window, then the OWA display the second login's folders correctly

I have tried this on several different machines, and with several pairs of account. Always the second account login on a machine fails in this weird way. Any help will be welcome. Thanks

it sounds like a problem I had when I misconfigured my server - you'll need
to speak with your admin about it. is the second account on the same server
and use the same domain?

Yes, both the accounts are on the same domain and same server

Can you please ask your admin what the problem was? Our admin is at a loss about it. Thanks a lot.
