Outlook web access in Vista

Can you help.

I use outlook web access to access my work email account from home. I
recently bought a new PC which came with Windows Vista.

Since then I have not been able to rely to email messages through
outlook web access. I can open incomming mail but when I press reply I
get the normal reply screen but the area where you type the message is
white with a red cross in the top left corner.

I have thought of 2 possibilites. Firstly there is a problem with my
security setting. Secondly I only have MS Works installed. Do I need
MS Word installed to compose messages.

This appears not to be a problem from my employers end because I get
the same problem with my Wife's account who works for a different
company.

Try posting this to an Exchange group as OWA is a part of Exchange and has no connection to Outlook. microsoft.public.exchange.clients is a good place to start.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
