Outlook w/Vista sends multiple copies of wmv files

I am using Office 2003 and Outlook for my email. I have just moved to a Vista
OS on a new computer. If I try to send out just about any .WMV file to one or
more email address, it starts to send out multiple copies of the file. Up to
40 copies to all the same addresses over and over.
Usually the file size is greater than 1.5 MB. It isn't limited to any
particular WMV file, just average or larger.
I have run complete virus scans with McAfee and AVG with no virus found.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks for the information, unfortunately, using Vista, I can see the
shortcut to the Documents and Settings area where the log files should
appear, but, even though I am the Administrator, I am not authorized to
access that directory. I assume that Vista has different access requirements
than XP but the documentation hasn't caught up to it yet.
