Outlook vs Outlook With BCM

In Office 2007 Professional Edition Outlook with BCM is included. Has this
Outlook limited functionalities or is it the same Outlook included in the
other versions, plus BCM?

Yes, this Outlook is the same as in every other Office Suite, plus it has
BCM included.
