Outlook views

I have outlook 2007. Somehow i have screwed up the view. for example if you
are looking at your inbox, i want it to show the messages in one column in
the next column you can view the message and then in the last column have you
calendar. now this is the default for when you open outlook for the first
time after start. Right now all i see is

View, to-do bar or Ctrl+F2 to loop through the to-do bar options.
View, Reading pane to see the message.
