Outlook VCS vCalendar file spec/format

Y

Hi,

I need to export VCS file to Outlook. I am able to export the file
saved from a current scheduled event, but fail to do so as long as I
modify it. I may insert some invisible characters or break the
rules. Does someone here know where I can find its spec or format?
Thanks!
