Outlook User Interface

I just recently installed Macromedia Studio 8 and all of a sudden my outlook
has lost the 3D effects on the buttons and has reverted to the beige of
Outlook 2000. This is more annoying than anything but I can't figure out if
a file got overwritten or something.

I don't really want to reinstall because of all my other apps on the PC.

Thanks for any suggestions!
