Outlook trying to send non existant emails

I have recently changed ISP's & have reconfigured the SMTP details to those of the new ISP but Outlook continues to try to connect to the old ISP & send emails that don't seem to exist ie they are not in the Outbox.

I have turned on the log & confirmed that it is trying to connect to the old ISP.

Another curious thing that now occurs (since changing ISP) is that a new "Task" has appeared in the "Outlook Send/Receive Progress" details box ....
"Archive Folder - Sending and Receiving"

Does anyone know how to cure this annoying blockage? :?
